MICROMECHANIC

JOB DESCRIPTION

Micromechanics manufacture and assemble very small parts used in the production of equipment and tools such as watches (parts used in the movement, geartrains, etc.), medical prostheses, instruments used for measurement or inspection purposes, stamps, etc.

They generally manufacture one-off parts, prototypes, or very limited runs. They sometimes have to adapt the plans created by the technical department to reflect what production machines are actually capable of.
